Sugar free Brownies - recipe

This sugar free brownie recipe combines delicious taste with valuable nutrients that are good for the body and mind. Ingredients

  • 250g butter (1 cup & 1 tbsp)
  • 700g date paste (3 cups & 1 tbsp)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 70g nut flour (3 tbsp & 2 tsp)
  • 80g cocoa powder (4 tbsp)
  • some butter for greasing
  • Optional nuts as a garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to approx. 325 degrees farenheit.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  • Blend the date paste together with the eggs, the salt and the melted butter in a powerful food processor.
  • Add nut flour and cocoa powder.
  • Pour the dough into a greased baking pan and spread out evenly. Optionally garnish with nuts.
  • Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes (juicy) to 20/25 minutes (dry). Then let it cool and cut it into portions.
